Update delivery address details at the checkout

Use Case: The user needs to update their delivery address with specific instructions for the delivery man.

Problem: On the checkout page, the user attempts to click their delivery address, expecting to be able to edit it directly. However, nothing happens, and the interface offers no option to modify the existing address. While the user can add a new address to achieve their goal, this process requires extra steps and time, leading to user’s dissatisfaction.
